The guarantee is really quite simple.  It's based on two principles that I think are fundamental.  Treat others and expect them to treat you the way they want you to treat them.  Simply be fair. Number two is I never want a customer to pay for something that does not meet their satisfaction.  If I can't produce a product that meets your standards, I don't want your money.

So the guarantee is simple.  IF after the session you do not find photos you like, there are two options.  If after a discussion of what you think is a problem and I believe that I can correct the issues, we can  redo the session.  If you do not have the desire for that option or I do not believe that I can meet your needs,  you can walk away and owe me nothing.

We take many photos with the understanding that they will not all be "keepers".  The number of photos is not guaranteed, so if you choose the walk away option, you receive no photos, but no bill.  I do not adjust the price downward because you want only the one photo you think is perfect.   Often we may take photos for an hour for that single perfect moment where the smile is just so or the expression is just perfect.   If you are  satisfied with a single photo, then its likely I can either improve or correct the problems on others to better satisfy you.  If you do not wish to work with me to improve or correct the problems you feel exist, you should feel like you received a fair deal with the single photo or just walk away out nothing but a little time.

Time is not a part of this agreement.  By scheduling a session you are accepting the fact that problems can affect  time frames and are releasing me from any liability caused by the delay of the photos, or from not having photos based on accepting the walk away option.  Sometimes a delay is just not avoidable.  Something breaks, I get sick, someone get sick in the photo lab that backs their schedule up, and as the old saying goes life happens.  Though I will do everything I can to meet promised deadlines and delivery schedules, if its a choice between a delay and a better photo in almost every case you can expect a delay.  In the years to come the delay will be forgotten but the quality is always on display.

Scheduling is important.  Yet things in life happen and the occasional reschedule is unavoidable.  As much notice as possible would be appreciated, but call as soon as possible.  I have no patience with no shows that don't call, or don't show.  No shows at my discretion will be required to submit a non refundable deposit to reschedule IF I am willing to reschedule.  It's just manners.   If you can't make it, call.

I will do likewise.  IF I can't make it for some reason (and personal family emergencies happen)  I will call you.  At that point you may reschedule or cancel at your option.  Should I become ill, rescheduling is a must and beyond my control.  I will let you know as soon as I am aware that I am too sick to do the job.    Your photo session becomes a TOP priority as soon as I am healthy.  Should I just flat make a mistake and miss a session, you will receive a 25% discount as compensation for your time should you wish to reschedule.  You deserve to be treated with the same consideration that I expect.

By accepting any session with me, you agree that my liability is limited to refunding any money accepted in advance.
